First up, I HAD to rate the installation to proceed!
Very friendly customer service. The ‘normal’ procedure did not fit in my case as Synergy (WA) requires a Wifi connection (emergency) and as my house is a new build there is no wifi and I do not intend to connect for a while. So original Wifi forms cancelled and new paperwork sorted for a different emergency fix (I’m not sure what) hence installation delayed for about a month. I have been kept in the loop with proceedings so hoping all goes well on the 18th.
