Quoting and sales feedback was extremely fast and quickly addressed all of my questions. Only lost points because they didn’t ask about our raked ceiling, which complicated installation.
Installation was a bit messy, took about a day and a half. The installers managed to break about 25 roof tiles – more than I had spare. This may have been due to the difficulty of our roof though.
Customer service was top notch, only lost a few points because it took them several days to rebook to finish the job and another couple of days to send the inverter information through.
